jliveo Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jliveo platform and all its services. jliveo is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user and jliveo. By accessing the platform, registering, or using any service, you fully accept these Terms.

1.1 Definitions

2.1 Prohibited Persons

The following persons may not create an account or use services on jliveo:

• jliveo employees, managers and their immediate family members.
• Persons whose accounts have previously been closed or banned.
• Persons enrolled in a self-exclusion program.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Registration Information

At the time of registration you must provide accurate and complete information:

• Full legal name (as per national identity card).
• An active and valid email address.
• A Bangladeshi mobile number.
• Correct date of birth.

Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

For the purpose of security and fraud prevention, jliveo may request identity verification documents at any time. These may include a national identity card, passport or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on the jliveo platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Deposited funds are generally added to the account instantly.
• For deposits, use only a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Active wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jliveo offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated in the offer description.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total ৳2,000.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 → Total ৳17,000.
• Wagering requirement to use the bonus: 20x.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or devices is prohibited.
• jliveo reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.
• Each user may benefit from each offer only once.

5.3 VIP Program

The jliveo VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Promotion to a higher VIP tier is possible through consistent active participation.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports betting, casino games, live casino, slot machines and other gaming services are available on the jliveo platform.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If any bet is affected by a technical issue, the decision of jliveo will be considered final.
• The maximum bet amount on a game or event is set by jliveo.
• A bet may be cancelled if match fixing or unusual betting patterns are suspected.

6.2 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football (FIFA, various leagues), kabaddi and other sports. The rules and result-determination procedures for each sport are published separately.

6.3 Game Results

The results of all games are impartial and determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. jliveo guarantees fair play.

7. Security and Privacy

jliveo uses industry-standard security measures to keep users' personal and financial information protected.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

jliveo reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate accounts in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Violation of age restrictions.

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may voluntarily close your account at any time. To do so, contact our support team. Any active funds must be withdrawn before closing the account.

10.2 Consequences of Termination

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms and conditions, earned bonuses and pending winnings may be forfeited. However, the original deposit amount (excluding bonuses) is generally refunded, unless it is connected to fraudulent activity.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, jliveo is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred by the user as a result of gaming.
• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical failures.
• Losses resulting from third-party activities.
• Unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters or government restrictions.

12. Changes & Updates to Terms and Conditions

jliveo reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you have the right to close your account.
